The popular "Surftown" and Urbiztondo beach is just nearby within a 5 minute walk down the hill. Equipped with a kitchen and patio, you will find the unit cozy for 3pax max. You will have your own Studio unit, Air-conditioning & TV, which has it's own toilet, hot & cold shower as well as WiFi. Owner lives on the premises separate from the guest's studio. It also has a little kitchenette equipped with stove, pots & pans, fridge, cups, glasses & a kettle. San Juan surfing is an 5 min, 7kms drive away. Book with me if you want to enjoy San Juan but avoid the crowd. Note that my pets live on the property yet are friendly & welcoming
