Pretty and Spacious studio (45 sqm) at 20 minutes from Duomo (therefore in the middle of the historic center) perfect for 2 people, but also suitable for family/friends of max 4 people. Home Magè Florence with private garage and balcony

An elegant apartment, well kept and quiet, recently renovated, just outside the limited traffic zone. It is close to the historical centre and main transport links, ensuring a convenient stay. It takes around 8 mins on foot to reach S. Maria Novella station and the Fortezza da Basso, site of events and exhibitions such as Pitti Immagine, and 15-20 mins to reach the centre, with its monuments. The local vicinity has all amenities, with a wide choice of coffee bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

Ti piacerà per i comfort al suo interno e per la sua posizione strategica in pieno centro. Posizionato in una zona piena di ogni servizio, sotto casa si può trovare tutti gli sharing cars, bar, ristoranti, e tutto ciò che è necessario.
