Welcome to our brand-new community! This place is quiet and very safe, conveniently located near Fresno Yosemite International Airport.And between Yosemite & Sequoia and Kings Canyon around 1 hour.We offer a private suite with full furnishings, including a King Size bed and an oversized desk.The layout features a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, with a private entrance, a small kitchen, and a private bathroom. Additionally, we have a full-size Japanese-style tatami mat available for your use.

Old Oak Loft

Newly renovated (2018) above garage loft with its own private entrance via a spiral staircase. Large deck w/ outdoor seating, bathroom & small kitchenette w/ microwave/mini fridge/keurig (NO stove/oven). Above garage loft is attached to our main house via a staircase w/ locked door. We are 90min to Yosemite entrance GATE, 135min to Valley Floor *depending on traffic: summer = busier. Peak hour park reservations may be required. 35 min. to Pinecrest Lake & Dodge Ski. 7 min. to Black Oak Casino

Located in the heart of Oakhurst just off Hwy 41 near Hwy 49, with Bass Lake only 5 miles away—enjoy sunsets at the lake or from your own back patio. Walk or drive to a YARTS* stop, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. After a day in Yosemite, relax in your peaceful suite with private entrance and covered parking just steps from your door. *Public transit to Yosemite is seasonal.

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away.
