Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The open floor plan, high ceilings, and large windows accentuate the surrounding natural environment to create a true feeling of “being away.” Situated 15 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park, this home provides a gateway to gorgeous hikes, waterfalls, and petroglyphs.

The Farmhouse Cabin is a guest favorite! Sleeps up to 8 in beds including the futons. WiFi business office. Perfect place to work from your vacation. Playground for the children while you work. Secluded, quiet, and private. Close to Canyonlands, TV room, Full Kitchen, Dining Room, 2 big screen TV's, campfire bowl, sleeps up to 8. Central among more than a dozen state and national parks and monuments, and many ancient ruins.

Located on one acre 8 miles south of town, very quiet with gorgeous views of the Mts and access to trails. Cozy cottage 1 bedroom, 1 bath with soaker tub/shower for relaxing at the end of the day. Also includes a fold out couch for extra guests. Chefs kitchen for cooking or 10 minute drive into town for a variety of dinning experiences. Washer and dryer included.
