The popular "Surftown" and Urbiztondo beach is just nearby within a 5 minute walk down the hill. Equipped with a kitchen and patio, you will find the unit cozy for 3pax max. The unit comes with some common areas such as a shared pool, view deck and a lounge. Includes 1 parking space nearby the unit. *NOTE: STAIRS INVOLVED

Beside El Union and just a few steps to the beach and all the famous coffee shops & bars: GNW, Port San Juan, FLOTSAM etc. This is on the 3rd floor no lift.Published rate is for 4 pax but can go up to 8 pax max.
