High-speed internet with WiFi, Roku-TV streaming, sm. fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee + tea pots, private deck, and covered parking. This space resides beneath large Oaks, near a creek and golf course. Sun to Thurs: 1-night minimum. Fri/Sat-2-night minimum.

Come stay in this quaint cottage located in the heart of a boutique vineyard! Private studio w/queen bed, kitchenette, sitting room, bathroom, outdoor area. Please note: from June 2025-June 2026, our vineyard has been ripped out and we are in the process of replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards. Two bedrooms (primary w/ a queen bed and secondary w/ 2 twin trundle beds). The living room also has a sleeper sofa, and a queen size air mattress is available. 1 bathroom with updated shower. Outdoor deck with Santa Maria style BBQ pit (wood burning). Only a 20 min drive to Justin winery.

Our vacation cottage is fully equipped and located within Pismo Sands RV Resort; a private, gated park with facilities available to our cottage guests such as pool, spa, rental bikes, playground, laundromat, and convenience store. ATV's are not welcome within the resort; no exceptions!

While the Retreat is located on the first floor of the owners’ two story home, it can only be accessed by a separate front door. The wrap around porch has a comfortable seating areas perfect for early morning coffee as the sun rises or those late afternoon drinks while gazing out across one of the vineyards.
