Patterned concrete walls blend with exposed ceiling beams for a cohesive look. Take in the view of the entire valley. From city hall to the lakeside zoo on the large shared patio. Detached suite with private access. No Pets Allowed. Enjoy the modern feel of the suite and it’s many amenities. Disconnected from the main home with private entrance kick back in the comfortable living area or occupy your time in the luxurious workspace provided. If you prefer, partake of a glass of wine while enjoying the surrounding nature and the fabulous views from the large upper-deck. It’s a sensation of being on top of the world! Amenities: - Private Entrance - Suite is a separate building on property. Not connected to main home. - King-sized comfortable and solid foam mattress - Sitting area with couch and coffee table (Couch can sleep an adult or child) - A 55" 4KHD Smart TV with ROKU or simply connect to your online Amazon Prime/ Netflix accounts and mobile devices for watching movies - Office desk and workspace - Private bathroom and shower - Quality linens and towels - Coffee maker and assorted tea for the best start to any day. - Microwave, Two-door refrigerator, Knives & Cutlery Accessories, Dinnerware, Glassware, and Silverware Upper Large Deck. Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Has table and chairs. Most of the time we are around the property. We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

Large garden patio with fountain, table, chairs, cafe lights and fire pit. 15 min from Paso Robles wine country, 20 min from the beach, 20 min to Cal Poly and San Luis Obispo. 2 miles from highway 101 but private, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of safe parking.

Two Bedroom Apartment in Historic Conversion.

Our historic church-to-home conversion features a private entrance to a downstairs guest apartment including two spacious bedrooms, office space ( desk and apple computer), luxury bath, mini refrigerator, coffee machine, cook top, countertop oven and microwave (kitchenette ), laundry facilities. West wing of this single level house has its own private entrance sectioned off from the main house. Two private queen bedrooms ideal for two couples. Mini fridge, coffee maker, Kerig pods, and microwave provided. Bathroom is its own room and is not part of the bedrooms providing privacy. After a day of wine tasting, enjoy one of your finds in the front courtyard patio area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and located across the street from an elementary school and a golf course.
