Brand new, lovely downstairs unit in a fourplex with a superb location across from the beach and in downtown Cayucos. Bathroom has walk in shower and double sinks. Flat screen TV (bring your streaming device) and electric fireplace in living room. Nice patio with tables and chairs. Shared laundry facilities as well as outdoor kitchen (coming soon), but no personal barbecues are available or permitted on decks. Putting green adds more fun!
