Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

The apartment is on the first floor of an historical building, with private entrance and canal view! Recently renovated keeping its original vibe, the house is located in the Carampane area, district of San Polo - the "heart" of the city - where you can still feel the real Venetian atmosphere. Ristrutturato completamente ed arredato con pezzi antichi . Si trova al 4° piano di un palazzetto del XIV secolo, con accesso diretto a un piccolo canale. Si può arrivare in taxi nautico direttamente a casa . Come tipico a Venezia, non ha l'ascensore ma ci occupiamo noi dei vostri bagagli al check in e al check out, non dovrete muovere niente !
