Welcome to your new home away from home! The Riviera House in San Marcos Texas is truly unique and stunning. The gorgeous 2000 sq.ft. home sits on a 1 acre lot and has it's own private river access! River access is shallow entry and easy for kiddos to access. The yard is a mix of shade and dappled sun and wonderful for playing or lounging. After you've tired yourself out outside, relax on the back patio or kick back and watch a movie. The home is near a train track and sometimes is loud.

The Sherlock Home is an immersive overnight experience. Please note- due to its unique escape-like intricate game there is an extra guest fee of $40 per guest over the initial two guests. We have a NO party/event policy, but we might be able to accommodate upon request. There will be policies and fees that will need to be followed.
