Equipped with household essentials except an iron due to previous burned carpet damage. Two bedroom with queen beds, suitable for 4 adults, and two vehicles. This is a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

The property has mosaic installations, stone work and original artwork. The unfenced private pool and palapas are secluded. The hot tub is located in the backyard. The stone open air chapel seats 80 guests. There is an outdoor shower, bath tub and Koi pond. Pets are welcome. Star gazing/bird watching✨🕊️

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Enjoy the forest views from the back porch and window bar. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House.
