Save your tube and Uber money by staying in our bungalow, walkable to everything San Marcos. Tubes for floating the river included; walk to the San Marcos river and float the day away at Rio Vista park. After floating, you’re steps away from downtown eateries for dinner and drinks. Welcome to your new home away from home! The Riviera House in San Marcos Texas is truly unique and stunning. The gorgeous 2000 sq.ft. home sits on a 1 acre lot and has it's own private river access! River access is shallow entry and easy for kiddos to access. The yard is a mix of shade and dappled sun and wonderful for playing or lounging. After you've tired yourself out outside, relax on the back patio or kick back and watch a movie. The home is near a train track and sometimes is loud.

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled, relaxing home away from home Central Texas open-concept retreat. A fully furnished kitchen for family dining and baking is at your disposal. The outdoor space is ideal for grilling and relaxing on the shaded patio set in a tree-lined backyard. An assortment of outdoor games available. Little House near Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
