Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Please read the reviews for the inside scoop of what it's like to stay in our comfy, cozy studio. The studio does not have a conventional kitchen. Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. Read the reviews! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown.
