The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

This is a very nice property (100 m2) on the country with PRIVATE POOL(from 15 /04) AND GARDEN. At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a panoramic garden where there is the pool only for the guests. At the property there are 2 dogs in a cage and a nice cat

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Ai piedi del colle di San Miniato lungo la via Francigena, l’ appartamento è la base ideale per visitare, oltre alla nostra cittadina ricca di arte e di storia, anche i borghi adagiati sulle colline che la circondano fino a raggiungere gioielli quali Firenze, Pisa, Siena e Lucca. Ben collegato con le principali vie di comunicazione e non distante da negozi e attività commerciali è tuttavia situato in una zona tranquilla.

At only 15 min driving from the centre of Florence, 15 from Chianti and 40 min from Siena. Our home is the perfect location for exploring Tuscany and relaxing while enjoying its beautiful landscape!
