Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Large day area with sofa bed and TV, kitchen and dinning with exit to covered garden with relax area and dinning table. Fist bedroom with double bed and bathroom inside and second bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom. Airconditioning in every room and ecquipped kitchen!

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

Residenza Gherly is located in a small paradise surrounded by unspoilt nature in a very panoramic position. Our private sandy beach is only 300m from the property. The studios are furnished in a simple and essential way with a terrace and a breathtaking sea view overlooking the crystal clear sea. There is one room with double bed and kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower. All studios have fantastic sea views.

Monolocale "Iris" fa parte di "Villa Margherita", che comprende altri 3 appartamenti. La sua particolarita' è il balcone con vista mare. Lo definisco grazioso e raffinato. In dotazione troverete stoviglie, pentole, biancheria da letto e da bagno. Si trova nel punto piu' bello della Costa degli Dei, vicino alla bellissima Tropea a cui è stato assegnato il titolo Borgo dei Borghi (Anno 2021).
