Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Ausflüge zu den vielfältigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Südtirols und zu den Dolomiten. Zum Shoppen in die nahen Städte Bozen und Meran. Die Gastgeberin ist passionierte Berg- und Radsportlerin und gibt gerne Tipps und Vorschläge zu Wanderungen, Rad- und Moutainbiketouren.

Apartment im sonnigen Cornaiano

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2022 neu erbaut und befindet sich im schönen Weindorf Girlan (Cornaiano). Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch (5 min) erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und eine Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.

Im historischen Dorfkern des mittelalterlichen Weindörfchens St. Pauls wartet eine gemütliche und geräumige Laubenwohnung mit sonniger Terrasse mit Blick in die Weinberge auf euch. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um den Süden Südtirols, die Weinstrasse und die Dolomiten zu erkunden. Supermarkt, Biobäcker, Apotheke, Spielplatz, Eisdielen, Restaurants, Bars und Pizzerias sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Schloss Freudenstein und weitere Schlösser sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Malgorerhof Sonja

Near Bolzano, the vacation apartment "Malgorerhof Sonja" is located in the small village of Jenesien on the Tschögglberg and offers vacations on the child-friendly farm at 1,000 m above sea level with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. The rustic furnished vacation apartment with its many wood features consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 5 guests.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
