Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

Near SM Batangas City (5minutes walk). The quoted nightly rate is for 1 pax only; there’ll be xtra nightly charges for the other guests. Only the caretakers has the gate-key to ensure that only registered Airbnb guests are inside the Compound. NOTE: there is a 10PM gate-curfew.
