Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

A 7 minuti a piedi dalla Biennale e dal Diporto Velico, 15 minuti da Piazza San Marco, a 10 minuti dalle fermate dei vaporetti "Arsenale" e "Giardini-Biennale" comode per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Venezia. A 5 minuti di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido.

The flat is located in the Castello district, the most populous and lively in Venice, well served by public transport, near the Biennale. The entrance is on Via Garibaldi, a lively street full of shops, restaurants and typical Venetian 'bacari'. The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches.

MARK’S SQUARE. It is also close to the BIENNALE and the largest green area of the city (Giardini and S. Elena parks. The beautiful LIDO BEACHES are also at hand, they are just 2 water bus stops away. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons (children and babies included)

This flat is in Castello, the unique real, green and characteristic "Sestriere" of Venice; we finished to restore it on 2017, respecting in the furniture both the Venitian tradition both the design of 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa). The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.
