Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

A.F. Apartments (M0270421700) is located in the Cannaregio, the most lively district of Venice. It is 3 minutes walking from the Ca' d'Oro waterbus stop, 8 minutes from the waterbus stop from Marco Polo airport and 15 minutes walk from the Santa Lucia railway station. Strada Nova is the most important street, with many shops, pubs, supermarket and convenience stores. The apartment is a ground floor loft, divided in night and day areas, very silent and with a beautiful sight on a private garden.

Ideale per disconnettersi dalla città frenetica A soli 13 min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia, o con traghetto fermata Ca’ d’Oro linea 1 Con forti piogge e marea alta, l’ingresso del condominio può allagarsi di alcuni centimetri. Si consigliano calzature impermeabili.
