L'approdo, letteralmente a due passi dal portone d'ingresso, renderà facilissimo arrivare all'appartamento, da qualsiasi direzione, con il water taxi. La casa e situata a 8 min. a piedi dalla stazione Santa Lucia e a 10 min. da Piazzale Roma, a 2 min abbiamo la fermata Riva di Biasio che collega l'intera città e conduce a San Marco, Murano, Burano etc. Ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire la bellezza della magica Venezia!

Restaurato completamente nel 2018 e con arredi di design, dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia spaziosa, e una cucina accessoriata. Dalle camere si accede alla corte privata, dove potete rilassarvi con un drink a fine giornata.
