La capacidad maxima es para 25 hospedados, cuenta con: jacuzzi interior, Internet, 2TVs, cocina, cancha de futbol, pérgola cubierta, comedor exterior para 40 personas, zona bbq, 10 parqueos. El valor mostrado corresponde a 4 personas hospedadas, de ahí se suman $20 por cada persona adicional. También se pueden hacer eventos como matrimonios.
