Disfruta este tranquilo y completo estudio en una casona de finales de 1800, dedicada al hospedaje, la música y el encuentro. Es un espacio privado, completo e independiente, con baño y cocineta propios y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Tiendas, restaurantes, transporte, etc. ¡¡Hay todo!! Ocasionalmente hay ensayos de piano o música de cámara en el patio, entre 10 a.m. y 8 p.m., máximo 3 horas. Eres bienvenido a escuchar. Los jueves también puede haber conciertos de 5 a 9:30 p.m.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

Roma. Limpieza semanal incluida todos los miércoles para estancias largas.

Super agradable y céntrico Miniloft Zona Centro

El Miniloft está en una antigua casona remodelada de la Col. San Rafael. Muy cerca de zonas turísticas y de trabajo. El espacio es adecuado hasta para 4 personas (solo niños mayores de 8 años) pues cuenta con una estancia en la que hay un sofá cama queen size y en la parte de arriba hay un tapanco con una cama matrimonial. Cuenta también con una cocineta y un baño que son para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes. Áreas comunes: cocina sala/comedor, y roof garden.
