Imagina despertar viendo el amanecer sobre el mediterráneo desde la cama y desayunar en tu balcón al mar mientras decides si pasarás en día en la playa o descubriendo la ciudad. Este es tu apartamento: ascensor con entrada directa. Elegante, con suelos y mobiliario exclusivos, luz natural todo el día y recién renovado, cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, espaciosas y con vistas al mar, dos baños completos en mármol blanco y una cocina de diseño totalmente equipada junto a un precioso salón con balcón al mar con espectaculares vistas al mediterráneo. El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. Amenidades: Productos Rituals Café Illy Agua de cortesía Solán de Cabras. - Desde el ascensor se ingresa directamente en el apartamento de 70 metros cuadrados. - La tv cuenta con canales internacionales y un sistema de sonido con conexiones para tu smart phone, tablet u ordenador. - Conexión Wi-Fi de 300-Mb. - Las ventanas son de alta calidad con aislamiento térmico y acústico, perfecto para un buen descanso. - Equipado con el sistema sostenible Mitsubishi Ecodan Hybrid de aire acondicionado frio/calor y agua potable. - Cuatro balcones en los que puedes degustar algún aperitivo disfrutando de las vistas. - Armarios amplios y camas con arcón para más espacio de almacenamiento. - Pisos de parquet suizo. La seguridad el apartamento está equipado con caja de seguridad para guardar tus objetos de valor. Hay cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. 🏠 Normas del apartamento te damos la bienvenida y te pedimos respetar el descanso de los vecinos: evita ruidos fuertes, portazos y fiestas, especialmente después de las 22:00. No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. Si pierdes las llaves, habrá un coste de 50 €. 🚭 No fumar está prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento; por favor, sal a la calle si necesitas hacerlo. 🌍 Ahorro energético te pedimos apagar luces y aire acondicionado al salir para evitar desperdicio de energía. 🧺 Servicios extra podemos ofrecer limpieza o ropa de cama adicional si lo solicitas al reservar. 💰 Tasa turística el gobierno aplica una tasa de 10.45€ por persona (mayores de 16 años) y noche, hasta 7 noches, obligatoria para acceder al apartamento. ⏰ Check-in la entrada es de 15:00 a 20:00. Si llegas más tarde, avísanos; hay un coste adicional según la hora. El pago debe hacerse en efectivo al check-in. De lunes a viernes: de 8pm a 12am € 40.- Desde las 12am € 60.- Sábados, domingos y festivos: hasta las 8pm € 30.- Desde las 8pm € 60.- ⏰ Check-out la salida es antes de las 11:00. Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street in Poblenou, 6 minutes walk from the beach MarBella. Surrounded by fresh market, shops, restaurants, and very well-connected (L4-Poblenou) and many buses. The apartment has been totally renovated. It is very spacious (110 m2). Three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is equipped to handle long stays. Perfect for families (a baby's crib).

Preciosa casa frente al mar

Beautiful and elegant Mediterranean style house with wonderful sea views. Ideal to enjoy a few days at the beach and the proximity of Barcelona. If you come by car, it has a parking space (maximum height 1.80 m) and if not, there is a train station 100 meters away that connects with the center of Barcelona in 20 minutes.
