Winter days are warm+cozy with the Row-0-Flames heater. Showers are outdoors when temperatures are above 32 degrees or next door at Loon Lake Guesthouse when its cold out. Stonehaven - The Birchview Suite Lower Level

The Birchview Suite lower level duplex is totally closed off from guests in upper level. It features two french doors that lead out to the large flagstone patio area, which is the main entrance. There's a full kitchen for you to prepare meals. We have a private dock 1/4 mile from the cottage and offer complementary use of kayaks, row boats, and canoes! We also have a pontoon for rent. Plenty of hiking and biking opportunities can be found on and off the resort. State Trails are also nearby.

Cozy Cabin on Beautiful Grindstone Lake

Cozy cabin on Grindstone Lake with access to Lac Courte Oreilles lake as well. Both are considered pristine for musky and walleye. Sevenwinds Casino and Big Fish Golf Course are minutes away. Downtown Hayward is only 15 minutes. You have access to the community dock and shared frontage to crystal clear Grindstone Lake. The Snowmobile trail runs immediately in front of the cabin. Ice fishing right off our shore produces walleye, crappie and perch. We have a fisherman’s haven just waiting for you!

The Stumble Inn motel suite resides in the quaint little town of Stone Lake, WI. Stroll around town to enjoy our local shops, restaurants and parks. A short drive in any direction leads you to one of our many area lakes for your boating and fishing pleasure. Hiking, biking, snowmobile and ATV trails are just outside our door! Large blacktop parking lot with plenty of room for trucks and trailers. Located just steps away from the 5-Star rated Red Schoolhouse Wines. The North woods at its best!

The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. The Timberjack is surrounded by trees right on Lake Hayward and close to downtown Hayward. Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin, walk into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the ideal location!

Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind This cabin was built in 2021 and host is 13 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however exceptions can be made with permission and a fee. Stay in one of the oldest structures in Sawyer County with private Lake Hayward frontage in your front yard and the Birkie trail, atv and snowmobile trails in the backyard! You can hike, bike, ski, or ride the trails directly from our yard. Plenty of parking-driveway is a loop. Cabin was completely renovated top to bottom in spring of 2021. Enjoy serenity and country feel but also close proximity to Hayward. (2 miles to main street)
