This compact ocean facing one-bedroom unit with a small kitchenette and full bathroom is located close to walking paths and to Stanford's Cove. The unit is up some stairs with its own private entrance, and off-street parking, with outdoor security cameras. Suitable work space and fiber connection for remote work days. Thirty minute drive to Hermanus.

Concordia Dam Cottage

Unique stand-alone, partially off the grid cottage overlooking working farm (Fynbos/Protea, Vegetables, Sheep, Cattle). Situated at the foot of the mountain next to a dam. Walking distance from Baardskeerdersbos. 18km from Pearly Beach and 22km from Gansbaai coastal area. This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests and has a private woodfire hot tub next to the patio. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any pets. The working farm has sheep roaming around and also 3 big farm dogs.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located Cottage. This Treasure amongst the fynbos is truly worth a visit. Relax and kick your shoes off, sleep 4 with ease. close to beach, walks - restaurants and shops. Lovely area for fishing, bike rides, hiking and lots more winter or summer. There is an outside braai. - kitchen is fully equipped and there is Wi-Fi available and smart TV. Linen supplied NOT Beach towels please bring your own. Look forward to Hosting you in Pearly Beach.
