Our home was built in 1880 but has just been renovated for a modern beach bungalow feel. This historic Captain's house is located in the heart of beautiful Greenport Village. It dates back to 1830 and has been beautifully renovated preserving its historic detail. It has a huge garden with mature trees, plants and a wonderful gazebo. Once you step outside, you can walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops, the water as well as the Hampton Jitney and the LIRR. It's an ideal yet very quaint location.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful stone fire place. Gorgeous shiplap walls with Navy accents. There is also a new deck and wonderful dinning set outside. This unit has capabilities to be handicap accessible. Both bedroom have private bathrooms. The living room sectional opens up to a full sleeper making this condo able to sleep six people. All rooms have flat screen smart tv's.
