Front porch and rear deck overlooking the canal and dock provides generous living space. Rent separately a 13' Boston Whaler boat 30 HP motor moored at dock for round-the-clock access to the sound and surrounding waters. This property is a fisherman's dream with bonefish flats and offshore fishing minutes away. Truly amazing.
