No Cleaning Fee Private Entry Guest Suite w/ Kitch

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Historic Roswell Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are respectfully welcome in my home.

Well stocked kitchen with full size stove and fridge, microwave, cookware, and dishes. Brand new flooring, cabinets, calacatta gold marble bath tile and designer lighting. Large sets of windows allow natural daylight into the space. Parking is provided for one car. Only guests with positive history of reviews will be able to book.

The beautiful water and nature inspired designers suite is conveniently located in Brookhaven’s neighborhood just steps away from Lenox Park and all the Buckhead, Brookhaven and city attractions. This is a secondary private unit in the daylight basement of a main home. It has a private entrance and all the amenities. Nothing is more important to us owners as the comfort and a fantastic stay while you visit. We designed it in detail for your enjoyment and great experience.
