Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Hi, This charming cottage is nestled in a 5 acre private family estate surrounded by tropical gardens. Our property is in somerset village with banks,shops and restaurants (it is also a 2min walk to the bus & beaches -5min to ferry and supermarkets) It also has a fabulous resort near by that offers a variety of water sport and even a spa. The Royal Naval Dockyard is also near by- full of alternative activities to enhance your vacation including- museums, art galleries, karaoke, dancing, etc.

Welcome to your home away from home! Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this home provides comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. There are beaches, restaurants, a grocery store, boat marina and a golf course within walking distance. Across the street is a walking reserve and historical park. Also, take a walk to see the world's smallest drawbridge. The bus stop is directly outside of the home, and it is a 20-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the nearest ferry.

'Sound View' is a gorgeous detached Bermuda home set on 2 acres of private land. This property is a perfect vacation hideaway with unobstructed stunning ocean views of the Great Sound. Here you will feel rejuvenated and relaxed. This standalone home is well equipped with quality modern day living amenities. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and private with access to the pool. This is only shared with the residents of 'Gate House' and 'Lemon Drop' (also rentable on Airbnb).

Open plan living, full kitchen, queen size bed, porch to relax on, outdoor shower and EV vehicle charger. The property has views over Ely's Harbour on one side (and dock to swim or kayak from) and on the other side, steps to the ocean, shallow water and snorkeling on the reefs. We are close to 'Faraway Cottage' so ideal for two couples travelling together.

There are two bedrooms/one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, shared washer and dryer and a covered porch. Somerset Village is a short walk away where you can find most amenities including shopping, restaurants, beaches, a post office, moped rentals, water sports and access to public transport where you can further explore the island!!

Walking: 5 minutes to Mangrove Bay/Somerset Village; 15 to Ferry; 15 to Cambridge Beaches; 20 to Somerset Long Bay (a lovely calm beach with beautiful sunset views).

Fish and swim straight from the dock or explore with our kayaks and paddle board. On the other side, enjoy a firepit and snorkeling. We are located in charming Somerset on the west end of the island. Somerset Village is a 10 minute walk away with a pharmacy, bus stop, take-out and liquor store.
