Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, historic experience located in the countryside just 1 mile east of Springfield city limits. You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Tiny Home Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

Yang on Sprang - Comfortable 1 bedroom duplex

Recently remodeled duplex apartment with everything you need to relax, cook a meal, or get a little computer work completed. A decent family neighborhood surrounds, with quick access to groceries, restaurants and the Springfield sites all within less than 10 minutes driving. This is the right side when facing house from the street. We will call it Yang! Located on Good Seeds Flower Farm, this cozy, well-kept home sleeps 7 (2 queen beds + bunk room) and includes a full kitchen, living room, workspace, and mudroom with washer/dryer. Step outside to a fire pit and outdoor dining with sweeping views of flowers and farm fields. Wheelchair-friendly with ramp, wide doors, grab bars, accessible shower, sink, and entrances throughout the home. *Field is in bloom April-early October.

Full studio apartment by the best Springfield park

Historic home attic converted to a private 3rd floor apartment, featuring private kitchen and bathroom. Located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. This space is on the 3rd floor with private access from outdoor stairs and keypad entry.

The Hideout in Springfield, IL

The Hideout is a one of a kind stay! It's perfect for a romantic getaway or a place to stay and catch up with a couple friends! This historic, open concept 1,100 sqft studio building has party and black lights, speakers, 12’ shuffleboard table, an 11’ hand painted mural, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen beds and an over sized 9’ futon couch, two work stations, a built in jacuzzi tub and a private bathroom with shower.

Stay minutes from downtown Springfield without expensive downtown hotel pricing and parking. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy guest house with a futon for extra sleeping accommodations. There are Roku's in both the living room and bedroom for seamless streaming of Netflix and Hulu. Your own private driveway that leads to the front door. All the amenities you need for your trip.

Located on the North end of Springfield, just minutes from the SPI Airport, Amtrak station, Illinois State Fairgrounds, and downtown Springfield.
