A stunning and very spacious studio apartment on top of our home, with a private entrance and terrace, (reserved for our guests and shared with our two cats). The colourful studio has a fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, a very comfy bed and space to chill out and cosy up with games and books. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood right by the beautiful Ta' Cenc cliffs. A short walk to local shops and restaurants, and a short bus trip away from central Victoria (bus stops on our street).

Palatial corner two bedroom apartment (120sq.m/1291sq.f) set on the 1st floor of a 400 year old Palazzino in the historic Grand Harbour town of Cospicua, overlooking Valletta. The building formerly housed one of Malta's first photography studios in the mid 19th century and is beaming with history, natural light, grand features and timeless interior design. The property commands stunning views of the Santa Margerita Church and the scenic gardens, bastion walls and skyline of the 'Three Cities'.

A supermarket is located in the same building on ground floor, making it easy to shop all kinds of necessities. Perfect for entertainment!

The bougainvillea Villa, is a quaint and charming unique 1 bedroom Farmhouse in Qala. The farmhouse has traditional Gozo tiles, arches and walls, and its very own indoor courtyard with a bougainvillea. The farmhouse is 4 stories high. Their is a kitchen dining area, a breakfast area on the indoor courtyard, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a large roof terrace with country and sea views. This home is charming in every aspect. Traditional, stylish and a touch of Bali inspired decor.
