It can also work as a heating system. KITCHEN --> Cookware, full cutlery and crockery sets, several appliances (Lavazza coffee machine with free capsules, microwave, oven, dish washer, electric burners, fridge, freezer, premium blender, toaster, kitchen scale, squeezer). Olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and other basics are available. LIVING ROOM --> TV, 6 seats dining table, sofa bed (can accomodate one more person), USB speakers, luggage storage BATHROOM --> XL shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, curling iron BEDROOM --> seaview from the bed, 160X195cm bed with premium bedding sets, big double closet with drawers and hangers, roller shutters. -- > + A WELCOME TREAT ! The flat is entirely available for you. It is ideal for 2 people but can accomodate 1 more on the sofa bed. You can either access the building from the main door which works with a magnetic key or from the private parking (Floor -2). Either me or a co-host will welcome you at the check-in. I am helpful, reliable and precise, exactly as I would like my Airbnb host to be when I travel as a guest. In order to assist you, I have prepared a very detailed House Manual that you will receive by email when you complete your booking. Even though I am not always around, I have arranged some co-hosts who can assist you in case of emergency. However I am available on the phone all the time, 7 days a week. I am cooperative, easy going and willing to satisfy your requests. Just feel free to contact me ! The apartment is in a scenic location facing the Golfe Bleu, a romantic spot of the Cote D'Azur. Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

Une station d'accueil bluetooth JBL et mise à votre disposition pour écouter vos playlists préférées. Les meubles sont en majeur partie neufs, le canapé en 160 cm à mémoire de forme. L'appartement est accessible dans son intégralité. Je suis joignable par SMS et Mail les après-midi pour répondre aux questions des voyageurs. Bienvenue à Beaulieu-sur-Mer, station balnéaire située entre Nice et Monaco, sur la mythique « route du bord de mer » longeant la Côte d'Azur. Passez à l'heure d'été et découvrez à pied les boutiques, les restaurants les plages et le port. La gare SNCF est située A 200 m, et l'arrêt de bus a 300 m (ligne 100) toutes les 15 minutes à direction de Nice ou Monaco Avertissement, certaines règles de copropriété doivent être respectées, pas de fêtes ou de musique forte après 22h30. La porte de l'appartement se ferme automatiquement, assurez-vous de garder les clés en main lorsque vous quittez les lieux. À votre départ à la fin de votre séjour, assurez-vous que toutes les serviettes usagées soient laissées dans la baignoire. Le lave-vaisselle et le réfrigérateur devront être vidés ainsi que les poubelles qui seront ensuite descendues dans le local poubelle situé au -1 de l'immeuble ( porte à droite de l'ascenseur). Les cartons et les plastiques pourront être placés dans les poubelles jaunes. L'appartement devra être rendu dans un état de propreté convenable. Le coin cuisine devra être laissé comme à l'arrivée. Les serviettes (1 grande, 1 moyenne et 1 invité) sont fournies par personne et par semaine, mais il est possible de fournir des sets supplémentaires pour les voyageurs moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Le linge devra être étendu uniquement à l'intérieur du balcon sur l'étendoir.
