The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

The Tiniest Adventure is a 250 sq. ft. handcrafted authentic tiny house nestled amongst the trees. It will steal your heart with its modern farm house charm. The house is just 10 minutes from Travelers Rest and 10-15 minutes from downtown Greenville! If you enjoy long walks or bike rides, the paved Swamp Rabbit Trail is within 1 mile of the tiny house. This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

The backyard is fully fenced in with a 6ft privacy fence, making it great for kids and pets to play! Downtown Greenville is 5 minutes by car or you can ride your bike all the way into town along the swamp rabbit trail. If you need to work, the house has high speed internet. Pets allowed.
