Excelente iluminación áreas de servicio sala, comedor, cocina, área de lavandería, jardines y parqueos 3 ó 4, 4 habitaciones todas con puerta y llave individual comparten baño 2 habitaciones. Vivo con mi hija pequeña el mayor tiempo estamos fuera de casa 2 días a la semana no dormimos en la propiedad. Casa limpia y ordenada 5 días a la semana servicio de desayuno, los huéspedes utilizan lavadora y secadora y hacer uso de todas la áreas. No licor, ni consumo de drogas.

Suite San Juan

Esta suite se llama "San Juan" en honor a su santo patrono San Juan Bautista. En náhuatl "Sacatepéquez" significa "en la colina cubierta de hierba". Esta suite está inspirada en el huipil local (prenda tradicional de la mujer) en la que predomina el color amarillo y en el cultivo de flores por el que se conoce a este pueblo.
