vi presentiamo la nostra nuova casa ,si trova al terzo e ultimo piano e gode di una fantastica vista sui tetti di Venezia: l'appartamento è stato ultimato di restaurare nel maggio 2019 con finiture di alto livello: parquet in vero legno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il grande bagno ha sia vasca che doccia e due lavabi. vi ricordiamo che verremmo personalmente ad accogliervi alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia o a piazzale roma, stazione di arrivo dei bus dall'aeroporto.

L'approdo, letteralmente a due passi dal portone d'ingresso, renderà facilissimo arrivare all'appartamento, da qualsiasi direzione, con il water taxi. This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay. We have lived in Venice for 15 years and have a hand book in the house which includes our favourite places to eat, drink and see. We hope that you will come and love the city as much as we do.
