It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

Private entrance, well-maintained gardens, swimming pool, featuring bamboo sheets, and more. Nestled in between Morgan Hill and Gilroy this small town has the best of it all. The train is one block from the house that can take you to San Francisco and all the stops along the way. We are also one hour from Monterey, Santa Cruz, and Carmel by the sea.

The Garden Room has an entrance to the outside and garden area. You may use the Vista Room for extra folks or to work while you are staying here (we have excellent WiFi!). Our house is powered by the sun and has a lot of renewable aspects to it. If you have an EV, we have a connection at no charge.
