Villa Rey—Traditional Hacienda Home Near Oaxaca

Our house is a traditional hacienda-type house. The guest bedrooms have their only entries through the outside patio. The private heated pool awaits for a relaxing swim after a full day exploring ruins or touring the nearby pueblos! Lachigolo is a small and peaceful pueblo, about a 15-minute drive from Oaxaca along the Pan American Highway, and around 5 minutes past El Tule. The location makes it a good base for day trips to places like Hierve al Agua, Teotitlan, and Mitla.

On a 2000 meter plot of land we have built two studios with everything you need to spend a couple of wonderful days. Ideal for families and friends, 4 people can comfortably fit in two independent studios, each one with a kitchenette and a beautiful bathroom open to the gardens. We have a wood-burning sauna! In order to occupy it, it is necessary to coordinate in advance. And without a doubt our favorite, the outdoor stone tub, a delight for all senses.

Al llegar, serás recibido por un ambiente envolvente y acogedor lleno de árboles grandes y amplio estacionamiento. La propiedad cuenta con una hermosa alberca. En la noche, la alberca se ilumina con luces suaves, creando un ambiente romántico y mágico. Las habitaciones pensadas en tener una estancia mágica. Cuenta con dos habitaciones: una con cama kingsize, la segunda con cama matrimonial y un sofá cama en la parte de la sala.

We are 16 km from downtown Oaxaca and 30 km from the International Airport, so having a vehicle is useful, or you can take public transportation. Free parking available.
