Two Bikes are provided for a quick bike ride across the bridge over the bay. Three new man-made reefs for snorkeling. Golfing is available at Hidden Creek golf course. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This charming home is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across the street. Also, you can walk/bike to shops, dinning and live music of Rosemary Beach. Also you can drive 4 minute down to Camp Helen State park where you can jet ski, rent kayaks, and canoes, and go to lake or gulf on them.

Gone To The Beach - Fabulous Beach House on 30A

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).

Clean, bright and airy "Old Florida" beach cottage (duplex), located on the quiet and peaceful west-end of Panama City Beach. Extra large screened in Florida room, with wonderful Gulf breezes. One and a half blocks from the beach, in a quiet, desirable & residential neighborhood. Remodeled by local, winning artists, Yolie and Ron Strickland. Great attention to detail was used when decorating and remodeling this cottage.
