This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).Tourist tax (€6.25 per person/per night) IS INCLUDED in the nightly price.

The building has storage cabinets and elevator. Keys box for self checkin. We will pass the password 3 days before the trip . The adult guest need pay 6.25€ per person per night for the city tax. Check online about it. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment.
