A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. A short train ride or drive to the center of the city. Unlike many short-term rentals in Lisbon, this apartment is an actual home for me part of the year; I hope that will make for a much more memorable and authentic stay for you, while this also means you should expect to find personal items throughout the space.

A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.
