Just meters from the ocean and a 10-minute walk to Ponta Delgada's natural swimming pool, this cozy house offers a perfect retreat. Only a 10 to 15-minute walk to the city center, but with the advantage to have free parking spots in the street. The home features colorful decor, a welcoming living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms—a double facing the street and a single with a workspace and access to a lovely terrace.

Our place has great views, is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love this house because of the ocean view and the sound of the ocean. Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).
