Uzavretý areál poskytuje absolútne súkromie. Dve terasy ponúkajú príjemné posedenie. Vonkajšia terasa má slnečník, gril, posedenie. Vnútornú terasu využijete aj pri nepriaznivom počasí. Parkovanie je možné za bránou, ale aj pred domom. Domček je kompletne a komfortne zariadený. Termálne kúpalisko je 1,8 km (20 minút chôdze).

A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.
