La Romantica si trova nella zona più antica del castello e vi accoglierà in un ambiente luminoso, caldo e raffinato. L'ingresso privato, gli ampi spazi, 65mq, le due finestre che affacciano nel verde del sottostante Fossato, le antiche mura in pietra, il pavimento in cemento, i divani ed i mobili antichi la rendono un luogo ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax che vi riporteranno indietro nel tempo con le comodità del presente a cui d’inverno si aggiungeranno la magia ed il calore del camino!

Villa sul mare con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. A metà strada tra Diamante e Belvedere. Situata all'interno di un parco privato chiamato"Lo Zodiaco". Disposta su 2 livelli: al piano terra bagno di servizio con lavatrice, cucina e soggiorno con divano tv. Al piano superiore bagno con doccia ampia e 3 camere da letto.Complessivamente può ospitare 7 persone. Area esterna: ampio patio per pranzare all'esterno con tavolo e barbecue, giardino con dondolo/sdraio e scaletta per scendere in spiaggia

Torre Alta: antica dimora in pietra con vista mare

L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Acquafredda is a small hamlet just 8 km from Maratea old town. You’ll love my place because of the peace and tranquility, our patio, the abundance of nature, the remoteness and the wonderful beaches. Of course our house is also wonderfully comfortable! perfect for couples and families

Appartamento autonomo , dotato di tutti i servizi situato nel cuore del centro storico. Ristrutturato lasciando intatte le caratteristiche di un tempo. I materiali sono in legno e la pietra. Il panorama mozzafiato dove si scorge il mar Ionio e la valle del Raganello. L’appartamento è strutturato su due livelli. Il secondo livello è una mansarda con letto matrimoniale e vista panoramica. Primo livello invece camera ampia con terrazzo panoramico. Il bagno è ampio con doccia e vaso bidè.

Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

Tana Libera Tutti 2: "Nature, yourself and love".

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.

La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
