Forest Glamping

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Large safari style tents situated on a raised deck with views of the forest. The tent has two single beds, chairs, power points and a deck for you to lounge on. You have access to 3 choices of bathrooms, some with outdoor showers and another with a bathtub boasting forest views. Use our clean and well equipped communal kitchen as well as braai areas, a bar, a plunge pool/hot tub, plus some beautiful walks into the forests and rivers.

Secluded Bell Tent @ Wonderwoods

Wonderwoods Private Nature Retreat offers a truly memorable stay in one of only three canvas Bell Tents scattered amongst scentful Eucalyptus trees, ferns and indigenous forest. Your 5m Bell Tent has a high quality extra length queen size bed with clean bedding and extra blankets. A few meters from your tent is your private compost toilet with clean water. Enjoy clean hot water in the amazing forest showers and a beautifully designed communal Forest Kitchen that is fully equipped.

Nellie's Corner

Nellie's Corner is situated on a farm 6.5km from the enchanting coastal town of Knysna. We offer affordable accommodation on a self-catering basis to all travellers, be they holidaymakers, honeymooners or families. We offer a Fully equipped tent, sleeps 3. Nellie's Corner is situated off the edge of the dam The bathrooms/ablutions are communal and outside. Children and pets welcome. We are also close to some beautiful hiking and cycling trails. We have 5m bell-tents that sleeps 1 to 4 people. Please look at each tent listed to choose the one or more, that fits your needs in terms of your sleeping arrangements. The tents are placed in pristine nature with lake, mountain and forest views. It is child friendly and a safe space to relax into nature and explore the activities on the land, organic garden, horses, walkways, swimming and outdoors.

AfriCamps Addo Near Elephant National Park

Nestled among thickets of indigenous fynbos, overlooking forested hills and gorges, eight fully equipped boutique glamping tents offer the perfect base for adventure, wildlife, and relaxation. Located at the foothill of the Zuurberg Mountains, guests can enjoy easy access to 50 km of scenic mountain biking, trail running, and hiking routes. The camp is located 10 km from Addo Elephant National Park.

Peter's Rest

Peter's Rest, is situated 6.5km from the enchanting coastal town of Knysna. We offer affordable accommodation on a self-catering basis to all travellers, be they holidaymakers, honeymooners or families. This is a 4-sleeper caravan with veranda situated close to the dam. The bathroom is communal and outside. Pets and children Welcome. We have some beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Happy camping.

Inibos boasts a vintage caravan imported from Germany and converted into a luxury self-catering unit with a sun deck.

My place is on a private game reserve, close to Addo Elephant National Park. Great views & wildlife. You’ll love my place because it is unique, self catering, un-serviced camping in 3 large well arranged and equipped tipi's, each with a private bathroom. My place is enjoyed by couples, families (with kids), and caters for up to 12 guests. (4 per tipi unit).

Ndlovu Addo River Lodge - Safari Tent

This tented stand is ideal for glamping and contains a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and River view. This tent contains air-con, a bar fridge, tea/coffee, a hairdryer, and a sitting area. Furnished with Airfryer and kettle.
