The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort is 11 miles/20 minutes away, by way of a scenic notch along the West Branch of the Ausable River. Lake Placid is 20 miles/35 minutes away. Dogs welcome at $75 per dog (no cats, please), per stay, up to two dogs. No cats due to guest allergies.
