Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Very convenient to I-22 and Hwy 30 with easy access to Ole Miss in Oxford. 2 Queen beds, sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair for a family fun time.
