Nestled in Hanson Lakes community (16 miles outside of Omaha) our spacious lake house is the perfect escape for couples, families, or small groups looking to relax, recharge, & make lasting memories. CWS visitors welcome! This thoughtfully curated home offers all the comforts you need — with the added magic of lake life. Enjoy coffee on the spacious deck, take the paddle board or kayak out for a paddle, relax on the water in one of our many loungers & enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening.

This lakehouse is fully remodeled & has so many unique features including 2 primary suites in main house, plus a 400 sqft guest house ensuite (available Mar to October only)! Other features are over 20ft ceilings in the great room, a large deck, & spacious lakefront beach. Each bedroom has a smart TV, blackout shades, fan, bamboo sheets, Serta or Sealy mattress, & an Alexa. The main floor primary suite is very spacious w/ multiple ADA-compliant features & ramps available for front door.

** Summer 2026 dates are now open** The sprawling property includes a forested area with large fire pit, a spring fed creek that runs through the property and leads to a cove in a private lake. The home overlooks a large beach with a dock and water slide. The lower level includes a massive patio and indoor/outdoor game room with tons of arcade games. The main level of the home has a massive deck with multiple dining areas. The interior is newly updated, cozy and bright.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy newly remodeled lakefront home just minutes south of Omaha. Recently renovated, waterfront private house which consists of five bedrooms, 3400 sq ft of living space, room to comfortably sleep up to 18 people, a large deck with an intimate third-story deck both looking on to the beach, a walk out patio steps from the sand and water, all nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle & bustle of the busy city, but only a 10 minute drive in to Omaha.

I lived in this loft myself for five months and it's an awesome space. Perfect for someone looking for inspiration or relaxation. We recently added a queen size Murphy bed so it now has two beds.
