Walk to Beach from Amelia Island Townhouse!

Located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and 2 miles from downtown Fernandina, this updated townhouse is convenient to everything the island has to offer. Beach access is just a short walk across the street and you are close enough to hear the waves! Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee (plus 12% tax) is required and will be added after booking. *Please see below for note on Nassau County Shore Protection Project scheduled to start in June.

Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.
