Sawtell Beach Hideaway

Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

With panoramic views out to the Dorrigo escarpment, this is the perfect location to both celebrate special occasions, and to create them. 'Biddy's Beach House' is moments from the beach in the heart of Sawtell. This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. Enjoy spacious, open planned-living. Lounge on the balcony with a coffee or champagne (depending on the time of day) and listen to the ocean. Sawtell is perfect for families with the beach and Boambee reserve providing hours of entertainment.

The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. We provide a generous continental breakfast for your first night of stay, with cereal, fruit, etc

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

A short, level stroll to the centre of Sawtell Village takes you to the beach, cafes, restaurants, clubs & pubs and boutique shopping.

A spacious cabin in a rural setting with magnificent views of the Never Never range. There is a king bed, quality linens and a claw foot bath. A wood fire for colder evenings and air-con for hot days. Walk to the river and forest. This is private and inspiring accomodation 10 mins from Bellingen, a perfect retreat. Organic muesli and fruit provided for breakfast.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, air-conditioned space. Recently renovated granny flat, large master suite with king bed, built in robe and ensuite.
