The Grafton Chateau

Welcome to the Grafton Chateau, a gorgeous secluded and private country retreat for all of your family and friends. With six bedrooms and a den, four baths, two fireplaces, a sauna and a large private pond beautifully situated on 67 acres of woodlands, the Grafton Chateau is the perfect comfortable home base for ski trips, hiking, antiquing, or just enjoying the scenery while you sit around the fire pit. The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! We are always available by phone, text, or email if you have any questions. Grafton is just about the most charming Vermont town you can find and is convenient to four ski mountains and every other outdoor activity you can imagine.

Cute, Cozy & Charming, our rustic, Studio Cabin is on 5 private acres near scenic Gale Meadows Pond. We are close to Stratton, Bromley & Manchester and you’ll enjoy beautiful scenery & hiking right outside your front door. The Cabin has an open floor plan with a full bath, galley kitchen & dining/living area with pullout futon couch that converts into a 2nd bed. The sleeping loft is accessible by ladder. Our place is a great fit for couples and solo adventurers looking to get away from it all!

You will find yourself within 15 minutes to the world famous Stratton mtn, 15 minutes from Bromley mtn and a close 4 minutes to the local Magic mtn.Very close proximity to the town of Manchester, which has great shops and restaurants

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

The Rafters Lodge

A unique VT experience! This 1860s barn was converted into a Girl Scout camp in the 1950s and served many years training leaders and scouts. Today, the Rafters continues to be a special part of many families lives, who come to enjoy the rustic camping experience and beautiful ninety acre farm. The lodge has accommodated large youth groups, families and even the occasional wedding party. With the close proximity to Stratton and Bromley, visitors enjoy countless recreational opportunities.

Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. This custom build apartment is located just 10 minutes from I91. In the winter you are 30 minutes away from some of the best skiing around. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.
